Boston City Councilors clash at City Hall.

Boston City Councilor Katherine “Kitty” Craven of Hyde Park throws an ashtray at William Foley of South Boston during a meeting in the council chambers. Craven, the second woman elected to the Council, also calls Foley a “baldheaded bastard,” after he calls her a “foul-mouthed old hag.”
